Host was very pleasant and responsive. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Comfortable space with a huge fully-fenced back yard, but bring your own dog potty clean-up baggies etc. Good value for the price. Unit is a half-basement apartment (plenty of window light), with a separate full house upstairs for other renters. The back yard is shared, but luckily the upstairs was vacant while I was there so I didn't have to worry about trying to manage my dogs with anyone else's dogs or kids out back.

Mixed Feelings

The pictures of the stay make it look like it is much bigger and nicer. The advertisement says it can sleep 6 but 4 is the most it can sleep comfortably. The air conditioning is a little mobile unit that does not cool the whole area very well. I would not stay in this vrbo again.
