We absolutely love the staff and the Idyllwild Inn. We stay there every year during the snow season and have always had a great experience. The cabin was clean, fire wood is provided for the first night with a fire starter. It’s so close to town that we don’t have to drive anywhere. We will be seeing you next year Idyllwild!

From the start, front desk check in warm, welcoming and friendly! Stayed in New Rustic Suite 20: pleasantly surprised to find new vinyl flooring, a new couch, and a new bed. Suite is charming, clean, and comfy. Loved the jacuzzi tub! Well appointed kitchen with everything needed for cooking in. Idyllwild Inn located right in the heart of town, walkable to restaurants and shops. Would happily stay here again.

Multiple things in room not in good shape/broken. VERY MISLEADING about the room "off site".Its at another property, which is not what i was expecting. I was kind of expecting something that was away from the other rooms, Instead the room was above the boutique/check in. Lastly was the check in process, i called in advance to notify of using a different card at check in due to it bring a SUPRISE for my husband, they did not listen or CARE. They CONTINUED to try my card and even called my husband. They even continued to try the card after my conversation with them which was ridiculous. There was a hard time parking, especially when we returned from the daily activities due to people who were up visiting the snow loitering in the parking lot. The rooms were upstairs (which they didnt notify us of) and the pathways were slippery snd not shoveled. My husband watched a lady slip and fall....the property is not well maintained.
