Lovely room but the hair dryer plug in the bathroom was non operational. There was no water when you turned on the water faucet in the shower. Would have liked to have been able to turn off the outside porch light to eliminate light coming through the closed blinds at night. But the food in the restaurant was delicious!

It was a diamond in the rough, the gym and pool and tennis court and arcade room was AWESOME, i just wish they cleaned a little bit better, I hate to find hair in the tub but besides that solid 6.8/10

Clean, quiet, comfortable, and beautiful surroundings. Convenient to town and hiking trails. There was a bit of an issue with my reservation and checking in, but both were resolved quickly by the friendly staff. As a solo woman traveler, I felt very safe. I will be staying there again!

Couples get away

The Pines is a great place to stay. The scenery and if you get a cabin that’s backed up to the woods is awesome on the grounds. Have a lot of great amenities. Also been there twice in the last month and we are looking to go back here shortly again for another short, stay close to town and little town of idyllwild is a great little place to walk around
