50 km northwest of Tampere, Kyrösjärvi 35 m (length 30 km, width 5 km), shallow, hard, sanded clay bottom, own rowing boat and pier.
Log building 2025, on one level. Living room/kitchen with large windows overlooking the lake, 3 bedrooms with 2 beds in each, sauna with wood-burning stove. Laundry room has two showers. Separate dressing room with bench and washing machine. Spacious terrace with high-quality garden furniture; dining set and sofa furniture.
In the yard near the shore, a concrete ring that serves as a fire pit. There is a metal grill for grilling at the fire pit.
The cottage has internet access (fiber optic) and Android TV. Spacious, flat grass-covered plot, the sun can shine into the yard all day long.
The mushroom, berry and jogging terrains are good and the fish population in Kyrösjärvi is good and diverse. Extensive recreational opportunities include Seitseminen National Park, Ikaalinen Spa, the Pirkka Taival hiking trail, which starts right next to the cottages, and a beautiful and relaxing boating route on Kyrösjärvi. Fresh water comes from the spring.
The owner makes trails according to the customer's wishes. Outside, there is a socket for a car.
A motorboat (20 hp) and/or an outboard motor (2 hp) are also available for rent. There is also the possibility of heating a smoke sauna (150 e incl. heating and cleaning).
