Beach House directly on the Sea front<br>DEEP STEAM CLEANED AND SANITISED
Directly on Seafront in Lee. Large 4 bed house, sleeps 9. Sea views abound. On the beach
Beach House is situated right on the seafront in Lee. It can sleep 9 guests in four bedrooms.
Bookings are weekly from Friday (check in after 4pm) to Friday (check out before 10am) during peak season with short breaks out if season.
Every bedroom has a sea view. Upstairs one bedroom has a kingsize double bed and new en suite shower and basin. This room is very large, has dual aspect views of the sea and is particularly stunning at sunset. Next to that room is a twin bedded room, with sea views. The 3rd upstairs bedroom is roomy and has a modern four poster double bed. Downstairs there is a very large family bedroom with a double and single bed. This room has a panoramic window with lovely views of the beach and sea.
As you enter the house there is a wide and generous hallway with copious hanging space for coats and beach stuff, plus shoe storage. The hall has a terrazzo floor that continues into a huge dual aspect kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is large with lots of cupboards and workspace and is well equipped. .The dining area seats 8 comfortably and has a great view looking out to the beach. A great spot to have a coffee and watch all the coming and going of seaside life. This is our favourite room in the house and there are many great memories from sitting around this table.
Leaving the kitchen/dining room you pass through the hall to the enormous lounge with dual aspect views of the beach and sea. This room has a new wood burner with complimentary logs and kindling from Sept - end of May only. There are 2 large sofas and several armchairs. Plenty of space and comfortable seating for everyone to gather together. There is a TV and DVD player (please bring your own DVD's) which connects to hi-fi speakers.
To the front of the house is a patio with table and seating, a great spot on a sunny day. Private garden to the side and rear with elevated further patio with BBQ that has amazing views with picnic table.
