Cozy house on the island of Itamaracá! With plenty of room. With 4 large bedrooms, 2 of which are suites, 1 half bathroom, large living room and kitchen. BALCONY quiet! Two bedrooms with air conditioning and yard all over the lawn. House with 13,000 liters cistern! Great home for family get-togethers !!!

The energy is up to the guest, calculated by kilowate! At the entrance, the guest must pay a deposit where the energy value and possible damages will be discounted. The rest of the amount will be returned to the guest at the end of their stay.
At the entrance, the guest will sign a checklist containing all the items that are inside the property object of the contract!
