Hotel bom, mas precisa de reforma principalmente na área do banheiro do quarto. Ducha sai pouquíssima água, box apertado, pia antiga. Cafe da manhã com poucas opções, bem regrado. O tamanho do quarto é bom e as camas confortáveis. A estrutura da parte da piscina, recepcao e estacionamento é ótima. Funcionários bem atenciosos. O bairro onde fica a pousada é bem tranquilo e próximo a praias importantes de Ilhabela, como a praia do Curral.

Péssimo!!

-Logo que chegamos para passar o feriado fomos surpreendidos com uma taxa de pet de R$80/dia por pet (nunca havia visto isso). Pensei que fosse ter algum diferencial de limpeza, mas nada mudou. -Café da manhã com zero variedade (pão, presunto e queijo apenas), não tinham nem café para oferecer aos hospedes em horários fora do café. -Quartos pequenos e mal cuidados (tinha até mofo na embalagem de sachê de shampoo que eles deixaram como “brinde”. -Estacionamento indisponível. Tivemos que parar na rua. -Fui com os meus pais e nunca tínhamos ficado em um lugar tão ruim. Um arrependimento. Pagamos mais de 3 mil o feriado e o serviço oferecido foi de centavos, lamentável. Costumo viajar muito e nunca tinha passado por uma experiência tão ruim. Não recomendo para ninguém e esse “hotel” deveria ser banido daqui do site.

Atendimento ok. Area da piscina e arredores é excelente. Aceitam pets pequenos e parece bem confortável para eles. Localização boa, podendo ir a pé para a Praia da Feiticeira mas no momento não há calçadas na avenida. Café da manhã muito simples (pão, bisnaguinha, bolo, queijo, presunto, café, suco, sucrilhos, granola, frutas e iogurte). O quarto é confortável porém escuro, e o interruptor do ar é bem na altura da cabeça na cama, então fica desligando toda hora que encosta. Os banheiros não tem janelas.

Ja havia me hospedado há 11 anos atrás, gostei e por isso escolhi novamente a pousada. Porém mudou muito a qualidade, tanto no café da manhã, sem muita opções, bem simples. como também recepção sem empatia alguma muito “atendimento robótico” Obs: Independente do horário de chegada o check in até as 23:30 no máximo, se você mora longe nao tem opção de chegar mais cedo fica complicado e vale ressaltar esse ponto, como também em uma possibilidade de aproveitar um pouco mais a ilha e tentar estender apenas para tomar um banho na pousada e seguir viagem, não há flexibilidade de horários mesmo que nao tenha novos hóspedes para fazer check in e isso poderia ser melhor analisado, mas sei que a pousada não é obrigada a isso, e infelizmente agregou a não querer voltar mais!

Foi muito boa minha estadia, o atendimento dos meninos da recepção foi excepcional com indicações de locais de passeios, e para comer. As moças que preparam o café também super atenciosas, ainda mais nos dias onde só tinha eu, meu marido e meu filho, fizeram tudo exclusivamente pra gente. Só queria dar algumas dicas pra estadia do pessoal ser ainda melhor que a minha. No café da manha, poderiam colocar pão de queijo, é universal, toda criança gosta..rs A piscina, senti um pouco suja, poderiam limpar um pouco melhor. A academia poderiam tirar, por que sem condições os aparelhos. Melhor não ter, do que oferecer, e não conseguirmos utilizar. Poderiam aproveitar o espaço para ampliação e melhora na sala de jogos. No mais, todos muito atenciosos e local muito bom.
