I love the airport shuttle, architecture of the building, and staff. The staff is very quick to accommodate any needs. The only drawback is the water almost completely flooding the bathroom floor when showering. We had to use almost 10 towels to soak up the water.

You need to add color to the building or some art work. The building is cold looking. DON"T CHECK-IN EARLY they will charge you which is stupid. Given many flights arrive in the early morning, checking-in...if you have the room that should be it... if you do not the room because of cleaning, that is very understandable. Eating prices are way to high

Bathroom had mould on walls, grout needed bad clean, silicon around bath falling off, towels not soft and hard and scratchy. Carpet in room dirty. For a 5 star hotel these things should not be issues. Room was fine, spacious and staff friendly and attentive, we somehow had to pay extra to have a toddler in the room, despite not getting any extra bed or towels etc. overall not a place I’ll return too in a hurry

The perfect stay experience

The accommodation I stayed at during this trip was more satisfying than I expected. First of all, the staff were always friendly and attentive, which made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The swimming pool, in particular, was well-maintained and spotless. There were various pools designed for different needs—a pool with water play equipment that children could enjoy, a shallow pool for toddlers, and even a pool suitable for swimming practice—so we had such a great time that we lost track of time. The water quality was unlike any other pool I had experienced before; the water was crystal clear that it felt like swimming inside a glass tank.On top of that, the lifeguards were always keeping a close eye on guests while still being kind and approachable. I witnessed one instance where a child had a small scratch, and the lifeguard immediately came over with a first-aid kit, applied ointment, and put on a waterproof bandage with great care. I would also like to express my gratitude to Mr. Victor Kim, who kindly provided flexible guidance regarding pool usage and made the experience even more pleasant.The location of the hotel was also impressive. There were plenty of attractions nearby to keep us entertained, yet when we wanted to rest, we could return to the hotel, away from the hustle and bustle, and enjoy a peaceful retreat. Thanks to this, we were able to experience both an active itinerary and truly relaxing downtime. If I ever have the chance to stay in Incheon again!

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Incheon for 3 days. The staff is amazing and helpful. When my daughter needed a Dr appointment because she hurt her leg after coming back from Japan, the concierge scheduled a Clinic for us and got us a cab. Amazing service. I used the spa services and it is wonderful. Clean and quiet so relaxing. The people who worked with luggage would call a cab for us when needed and explained how to get around. The room we had is so clean and so comfortable. The room service is perfect and the restaurants are the best. We had the best experience at the Grand Hyatt.
