Easy to get much- needed early check- in for a reasonable fee which also included upgrade to a suite. The West Tower pool was lovely but quite crowded even at the dinner hour. The East Tower pool should have been opened to accommodate the swimmers. The breakfast buffet was great, with a wonderful variety of foods. The airport shuttle was prompt and very helpful

This is a delightful hotel, with great facilities. The location is perfect, when arriving or departing the airport, with a courtesy bus running every 30 minutes. It is very quiet, the staff are perfect and I would not hesitate to recommend it to a friend.

The Grand Hyatt is about 5 mins from Incheon airport terminal 1. The hotel has to be the most comfortable and modern airport accommodation that I have stayed in during my travels. Lovely polite Staff.
