Comfortable family stay near airport

Our three-bed room in the West Tower was very comfortable and well equipped for our family stay. Very clean and well maintained. Nice to receive a few complimentary treats on arrival too. It would have been nice to have some milk for tea/coffee in the room. Room service brought us a glass of milk for a small charge. Buffet dinner and breakfast were very good, with a wide range of Asian and Western options, and lots of freshly cooked items. Buffets were quite expensive for a family of four, but enjoyable nevertheless. We were quite disappointed we couldn't use the pool without a swimming cap, and there was no option to buy or rent one. This limited our family to the pool-side jacuzzi, which is very small. One of the two pools was closed while we were there. Staff at the pool reception forgot to give us wristbands for changing room lockers, which was a little frustrating. Shuttle bus to/from terminals is handy, and runs every half hour. We just missed it on arrival at T1 so hailed a taxi for the short transfer rather than wait for the next bus. Overall this was a comfortable hotel and very convenient for our overnight stay between flights in and out of Incheon.

Top notch service from every single team member I encountered. We needed recommendations for sightseeing and were given the best help - this led us to having an unforgettable time. Restaurants were excellent (except for not listing nuts on a menu item causing my wife to have an allergic reaction). Other than that we highly recmomend this hotel.
