We are a family of four an stayed in one room to rest after a long flight before heading to Seoul. Hotel Hu was a short distance a free shuttle from the airport, kind service, and basic room amenities. It was near food and walking trails. It was a very nice stay.

Nice spacious room, robes, shower shoes, and slippers although you can tell the shower shoes and robes have been used before. Otherwise nice. There are a couple restaurants and convenience stores right beside the hotel so that’s nice. There’s a stove but no pots or pans.

The staff wasn't there and I had some problems of using the kiosk to check in. However, the stuff did come down when I called the number. The amenities are barebone and outdated. It's okay for transit. However I cannot charge my phone because the outlet was different and I hadn't had that problem in previous stays in Korea. The good thing is there are a lot of restaurants nearby.

This hotel was honestly very disappointing. It feels more like a creepy nursing home or hospital, with long, dark corridors that make the atmosphere quite uncomfortable. The room itself is decent but very worn down, and the windows are covered with plastic, so you can’t even see outside — which makes the stay feel even more closed off. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially considering that for the same price you can stay at the luxury hotel right across the street. That said, the location is convenient: it’s close to the airport, there is a free shuttle service, shopping options in the building, and easy access to the aforementioned luxury hotel with great restaurants, entertainment for kids, and better overall facilities.

Super convenient location from Incheon airport terminal 1. Just take the airport shuttle on departures level at the assigned doors and you’re literally 2 stops away from the hotel (5min trip.) The bus stop back to the airport is literally across the road from the hotel. Location wise, the area feels a bit dodgy but it’s just a lot of empty buildings with convenient stores. The building on the outside looks empty, but the entrance and lobby is easy to find. Check in was super easy. Room was as per the photographs. Showers had a recent upgrade and were great - literally felt like a different space. We had a weird moment checking out around 5am.. when leaving the apartment, there was a man at the end of the corridor just standing there, creepy vibes… he sort of hid for a bit when we were leaving but he stayed in that corner of the corridor. If I was a solo traveller or a woman and saw that at 5am, I’d feel really unsafe. Aside from that, the hotel did the job. Great if you have a late night flight into incheon, or if you have a super early flight out.

The room was well-equipped-kitchette, washer/dryer, great shower, complimentary water for each guest, a/c, fan, security monitor at door, tv. The front desk staff, especially the day manager, were friendly and helpful! Free bus to and from the airport right outside the hotel, as well as taxi service. Several convenience stores, great eating spots and bars nearby.
