Bed was comfortable and room was very modern with nice view of the airport and planes. Shuttle from Inchon Terminal 2 was smooth. If you're flying in from Terminal 1, not as frequent and longer ride. Very short ride from Term to to hotel. Hotel itself is recently renovated. Convenience store in the lobby is 24hr and...very convenient for getting your bottled water or beverages, quick snack & food or toiletries you forgot to pack. Staff was friendly. Didn't take advantage of the restaurant but price looked reasonable. Only downside, it is a hotel in the broader airport campus, so it is an island in the airport. If you want to go to Inchon or local places for shopping or eating, you'll need to call a cab or catch the shuttle back to Term 2 and take the subway.

The hotel is close to the airport, so there really isn't anything nearby, though the hotel does have a convenience store and a restaurant on the premises. There is some construction going on close to the hotel, which blocks part of the sidewalk between the airport shuttle and the hotel. As for the hotel itself, I really enjoyed it, and it highly recommended if you are only staying a night or two.

Nice Airport Hotel

The hotel has a convenience store and a restaurant that offers a buffet for breakfast and supper. As for the room, I found the bed to be very comfortable; it took me to time at all to fall asleep and I slept very well. The staff was great and friendly, with a good command of English. The only shortfall is that the Wi-Fi was spotty, which made it hard to do some things on my laptop. Overall, I enjoyed staying here. It isn't a fancy hotel, and the room wasn't that big, but it was great for what I needed, and the price was good.

I didn't prepare the electric converter for my hair straightener because they should know and should have. However, the front staff didn't know so I explained but they didn't have proper ones. Also their towels are not nice poor quality than bath mat... I expected too much? But the service everywhere is awesome in Korea...

Location of the property is very convenient to the Airport. Love the free shuttle bus that drops you off at the airport. Buffee at the hotel was very disappointing. Not worth what they charged for evening meal.

The hotel shuttle was harsh on my parents check luggage and they broke the wheels. I tried to talk with them and ask for compensation but they said they cannot do anything about it but to call the shuttle service. Like how? It’s their hotel shuttle and we are foreigners. At the end they just said they’ll email us so we have to drag a big suitcase around the airport without any wheels. As of right now, there is no closure on how they want to solve this or compensate us. And mind you this is a new suit case.

I’m conflicted about this property. It’s definitely more spacious than many of the places I stayed at in Korea, and it was clean. The shower and bathroom each had their own door, which is surprisingly hard to come by in Korea. However, the laundry situation was a nightmare. The machines required specific Korean coins and bills, and I had to go up and down three times just to get everything the machine needed. The instructions were unclear, and their exchange machine was broken. When I asked the front desk for coins, they were nice at first, but then I felt like they gave me attitude. I explained that I had no choice, their machine wasn’t working, and asked politely for help, but I was met with indifference. Lastly, the AC didn’t work! It was so humid in my room. I couldn’t believe that in such a nice hotel, the AC wouldn’t go below 76°F. I woke up sweating. I really wanted to like this place, it has a lot of potential, but the AC issue and laundry inconvenience really ruined the experience for me.
