I was staying for a weekend getaway. There must of been a kids birthday party because they were running the halls laughing and enjoying being kids. Everyone allowed them to live thier best lives. I was only able to stay 1 of my 2 paid night's due to a storm that came in and traveling. Unfortunately that was unforseen. I left early in the morning and was never able to come back so i was unable to enjoy all that the hotel offered.

Good deal plus i rested well although some guesr woke me up at 3am trying to get in but they were knocking on the room room Pool was not that great and a lot of hair inside the pool. The lady at the desk was screaming to someone on her cell phone saying profanity

The pool/hottub was clean and fun. The breakfast wasn't premium but the variety was good and there was plenty. The service was good. The rooms were clean.

My room was clean, cleaner than other brand name hotels I've stayed in. I was pleasantly surprised that my room received housekeeping on a daily basis; I haven't seen that since before covid. My room was next to an outside entrance, so it was a little noisy at times. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay

Phone rang 4 different times for no reason. Kept waking us till I unplugged it. Keys didn't work on trying to re-enter. Staff gave us new keys but still didn't work. Staff was very helpful. Room was reasonably clean and tidy, no complaints there. However,this morning i discovered a cockroach on the nite stand. I reported this to the front desk and she immediately noted this to report to the mgr. and maint. staff.
