Pretty disappointed with this stay. The room was grubby in the kitchen area, the bed was not very comfy, and the towels were rough. The hallway was clean but the elevator was pretty dirty, though to be fair, it had snowed a fair amount. All in all, it wasn't bad, but it wasn't good, so have to give it an average rating. Front desk staff were nice.

Staff was friendly when I'd come and go. The room was nice. They had a little pantry area you could buy food from, which was nice when I arrived. They also had a section where you could borrow entertainment (DVDs, games, etc.), which I thought was awesome. I had some slight trouble figuring out the thermostat and TV, and maybe I'm just a boomer. I also wasn't sure about where to put dishes or expectations for washing dishes. I think a little guide with info about the room and technology might be helpful, but overall, I was pleased with my stay. It was a quick ride to and from nearby stadiums.

They moved me from a room to what was supposed to be a newly renovated one but there was no hot water. I moved a second time with no hot water and freezer not working. All my frozen meat thawed and has to be cooked immediately or will go to waste.
