Place sucks don’t stay ever

Not good was not aware of the deposit of 100 dollars that now I have to wait 3-10 business days for. I also was not informed of the construction going on or the pool and hot tub being unavailable but I still have to pay 200 for a room what a ripoff I want a full refund

Nice hotel close to the places we planned to go.

The hotel and room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The only negatives that kept this from being a five star review was the deadbolt did not work (but the regular lock and the security latch and the ice maker dis not work (although they would have fixed either had we wanted them to. Also the coffee pot was missing from the room and had we not asked we would not have known there was supposed to be one. We dis request THAT to be corrected..lol

The staff member that checked us in was amazing and very kind! She made sure we had everything we needed! And always with a smile! I booked a suite for four adults and the air conditioning was shut off when we got there (it was 100° out 78 and muggy in the room) that made the private bedroom very hot cuz it only has a small vent. It was hot all night. The pull-out sofa had a memory foam mattress that we thought would be great except they shrunk wrap it to keep it clean. So you could feel the bars in the bed. Absolutely horrible!! We even called to ask about the shrink wrap. The pool had large chunks of long black hair in it.(And I don't just mean one or two, I mean lots!). To the point that we thought someone had been hurt in there. Definitely needed to be cleaned. Completely disgusting. Other than that our stay was good. Definitely needs a little remodel in the hotel. However. Good location and great price.

It was a low-grade facility...not what I am used to with IHG stays. I will not be coming back to location. I'm sure after a major face lift the property could be better, but I don't see it ever being at the same standard that I am used to at my usual Hampton Inn & Suite stays.

Will not stay here again

No one was at the front desk when we arrived to check in. Stood waiting for at least 10 minutes. After finally checking in, we made our way to the elevators where it smelled like dog pee. Our room was clean, however we did not get any sleep due to the noises of the room keeping our child awake. Every hour and a half on the dot, the pipes made a horrible screeching sound. Every few hours the fridge made noises that sounded like there was demolition happening down the hall.

I would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an inexpensive hotel located around many good restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very polite. I’d stay there again.

This was a one night stay on our way home to Wisconsin. Our room was nice and appeared newly renovated. The bed was comfortable. The hallways near the lobby smelled of smoke and the carpet was stained. I tried to use the whirlpool but it did not work. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and informative.

It was surprisingly ok.

After walking into a lobby under construction and seeing signs of further renovation on the way to our room, I wasn't sure what to expect, but our room was renovated, clean and comfortable. Also, quiet! The lobby staff were very capable and courteous.
