Sleeping arrangements

This top-floor apartment accommodates up to eight guests across two bedrooms and four beds. Each bedroom offers a queen bed with fresh linens, ensuring restful nights. Two full bathrooms are available, stocked with bathroom essentials to make your stay effortless.

The open living area encourages gathering and conversation, centered around a Smart TV and soft seating. Natural light pours in from the patio doors, highlighting the seamless flow between indoor spaces and the outdoor view.

The apartment includes air conditioning, heating, TV, wifi, kitchen, bathroom essentials, bed linens, iron, elevator, shared gym, and exterior security cameras in common areas. A coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and dining table are also provided for guests’ use.

Secure garage parking available for $30/night — reserve in advance for guaranteed access.



Guest Access:

Entry is granted through a smart lock. Code with be provided before check-in.



Other Things to Note:

Please Note: While we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we are not responsible for the maintenance or availability of building amenities such as the gym, elevator, or laundry facilities, as these are managed by the building. Refunds will not be issued for any amenity that is unavailable or out of service during your stay





Please understand that this building has a strict, NO WARNINGS GIVEN, rule policy with applicable fines. Fines are charged immediately to me as the unit owner and will be passed down to the guest(s) accordingly if an offense occurs. Security and building staff are monitoring at all times.

1. Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on premises. $500.00 fine per occurrence and legal notice.

2. Building quiet hours – 10:00pm CST – 7:00am CST $200.00 fine per noise complaint occurrence during this time.

3. Pets – no pets of any kind allowed in the apartment. . Guest will not receive refund for stay.*

6. Lost or unreturned parking pass - $300 to replace



Building amenities/common spaces are shared with other guests in the building.



PLEASE NOTE: there are security cameras present in the common areas of the building.
