If you show up after nine, you have to wait 10 minutes in a locked lobby for someone to come down and let you in and check you in lady had a real bad attitude and rooms are filthy this is just one picture from underneath the soap and shampoo. They put it in the bathtub for you gross second picture is elevator. Nobody cleans that either.

Affordable and close to the airport which was great for my stay the night before an early flight. The facility wasn't especially clean, the rooms are light in amenities, and checkout procedures weren't clear (the desk isn't staffed 24 hrs). I ended up waking up the poor on-call staff member at 4:30am only for them to tell me to go back up and leave my key in the room. Some sort of after hours signage would be helpful for guests and save the staff annoying calls like mine!

Terrible all around.

They would not allow us to check in but we still got charged for the stay. We booked because it was pet friendly. When I got to the front desk the lady said dogs only, no cats. We went to the Hampton Inn and they were awesome. No more ECO and no more Hotels.com!

Oh My Goodness! People are living here! It smelled like curry and fried chicken! The front desk was closed and we had to wait for someone to lift what looked like a security gate in order to simply check us in. The bed in our room was pushed so close to the wall that I had to crawl to get in rather than walk around. I had no space for my phone or a drink beside my bed. This is beyond bare bones hotel - it borders on hostel.

Not worth it, pick somewhere else

I chose this hotel because it was one of the few in the area advertised as having an EV charger and seemed affordable but not cheap. Unfortunately, the charger was a slow level 2 unit but charged at the same rate per kWh as a level 3 fast charger, making it neither cost-effective nor convenient. Worse, this pay-per-use structure wasn’t listed on Hotels.com. Most hotels offer free level 2 EV charging, but not here. The front desk staff member was chatting with a friend when I arrived, and I felt like I was interrupting. The 4th-floor hallway smelled unpleasant, like marijuana and various foods. I stayed one night, but the kitchenette had no utensils, plates, or cutlery. According to other reviews, you can rent these items (and a blow dryer), but the desk closes at 9 p.m. and doesn’t reopen until 9 a.m., so I couldn’t get one after my morning shower. The TV didn’t work until I discovered all the cables were unplugged, and I had to fix it myself. The refrigerator compressor rattled loudly every hour, the walls were thin, and being near the airport meant hearing planes all night. The bed was creaky and very firm, and the AC was set to an icy 55 degrees when I arrived. On the plus side, the room was very clean, and I didn’t see any bugs. However, I suspect that’s only because it’s still relatively new construction. I don't believe it will stay this way.
