Not a pleasant experience.

My room was situated on the seventh floor, and despite the distance, street noise was still audible. I was not informed that housekeeping services were provided daily, as they were only offered every third day. Upon booking my room, I had assumed that parking was included, but I ended up paying $150 for the three-night stay. The room was extremely dusty, the lobby was poorly maintained the furniture was stained. Poorly clean dishes on breakfast buffet.

We were promised a refund on the room due to being given one which had a bathroom which was under repair and subsequent issues occurred before finally being assigned a new room (after initially being told there were no other available ones). The refund has not occurred and the hotel itself never responded to a message regarding this. While the hotel is in a great location for access, being placed in a room that was essentially nonfunctional and the delay in finally being provided with an alternative is problematic as staff should have known the first room was not acceptable due to the work being done on it. The lack of additional communication has solidified that despite its location, this is not a place we would plan to return to. The ratings here reflect the specific initial room overall.

Couldn’t keep room cool, thermostat kept turning off; bathroom sink didn’t drain well and low water pressure; shower had low water pressure and water was warm at best even though handle turned all the way to hot; had to call “help” leaving and returning to garage because key card didn’t work. Great location, nice bar and good breakfast which was included.

My room had a great location directly across from the Pacers Stadium, however the parking was inconvenient and overpriced for self parking. You had to walk with luggage take 2 elevator then go thru a Passover to get to your room. The room only provided lukewarm water. I had a junior suite, but it appeared to be regular room. I was unimpressed and would never stay here again. The staff dead face and cold no personality at all.

Don’t give refunds

Everything was great except restaurant/bar/room service cheated us out of $44. We arrived on Sunday Room service open till 10pm ordered at 8:55pm didn’t get a call till 10:40 stating bar/room service had closed early and they would refund my money. Waited all week for refund while staying there asked about it several times. It’s now two weeks I’m home from vacation still no refund.

This hotel is right across the street from Gainbridge Fieldhouse, making the location super convenient for the Indiana fever game we attended. The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful and professional, and the parking garage is connected to the hotel making it easy access. We ordered drinks and food at the bar and would give that a five out of five stars (especially the buffalo wings). The complimentary breakfast was also delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will be planning to book here again the next chance we get!
