The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely eager to make sure every detail of my stay was perfect. Check-in was quick and smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how spotless and comfortable my room was. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens were high-quality, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches—like complimentary water, a welcome note, and a perfectly stocked coffee station. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job throughout my stay. The amenities were top-notch. The pool and fitness center were clean and well-maintained, Breakfast was a particular highlight! What really stood out, though, was the staff’s attention to detail and genuine hospitality. Everyone I encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant team, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. A true five-star experience!

It smelt of a strong deodorizer when walking in to our room initially and we found that once we turned off the AC, the room had a musty smell. The shower also worked when it wanted.

I tried to book for La Quita in Terre Haute. Expedia switched me to Indianapolis (which I did not notice), so when I tried to check in in Terre Haute, they had no reservation. The clerk found our reservation in the wrong city. I was able to get a room in Terre Haute (wonderful motel) and had to work toward getting the Indiana reservation refunded.
