It's the best hotel I ever stayed at. They had the most helpful staff and friendly staff. They were always willing to do what they could to help you. I'm in a wheelchair and they were very very helpful to me

Everything about the hotel was perfect. We didn't use the pool so I don't have any info on it. The breakfast was perfect, and they had cranberry juice which I find most hotel only serve oj with the free breakfast. My only complaint was our mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. I personally didn't sleep well... but other family members said their mattress was just fine. I said -A for the hotel

great the first trip but disappointing the second

We stayed there on way to catch a flight to California on March 16 stayed on 4th floor room was great. Breakfast was great everything went well. Stayed on night of March 26 when we returned, room on 2nd floor , carpet was dirty. Nail clippings and hair
