Good place to stay for a nights sleep for me. Front desk staff was nice and friendly. I had no issues with my room and it was renovated! A $60 deposit is required but getting it back was extremely easy. Would come back again to stay in the near future

I guess they are trying but a lot of improvement is needed. The halls are grubby but the room was ok. The back door had no lock and no security. They worked on room above our head all evening making lots of noise. the towels were scratchy and we only got 2. There was no soap, shampoo, etc. no breakfast.

When I woke up this morning to take my shower I turned on the bathroom light and two roach crawling up the bathroom wall behind the toilet. I could hear the people walking around in the room above me. I was surprised to be greeted by a computer to check me in and out of the hotel. Just do not get that personal feeling and welcoming experience not having a physical person in front of you.

Simple hotel- way of the future?: No fridge, microwave, hair dryer, shampoo, bfast. Heat & AC are controlled at wall so can't have fan running.Bathroom light also on sensor.

A solid 8 that could be a 10!

Our check-in was easy and quick. Having it done via a remote clerk was new for us but we didn’t mind. The room was on the small side but clean, as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and the window seat made up for the lack of other furniture to sit on. The only real negatives were the 3 patches on walls where repairs had been made but not painted, and a window screen ripped half way off. The location is good -close to shopping and several restaurants. We have another reservation in a few weeks and hope we’ll get a “finished” room. It is a good deal for the cost.

There was semen on one of the seats by the window. They offered me another room, but I refused, as I didn’t feel comfortable staying. I requested a cancellation, but it was denied since they had offered an alternative room. I have photos and video evidence, but I won’t post them publicly out of respect for the employees.
