We liked the location it's very close to the highway and another main mode of transportation. There's restaurants everywhere gas station right across the street it's quiet even though it's close to the highway it's clean.

The property and staff were fine. The hotel lost water and were unable to get it back on so I had to change hotels. There was a slight smell of smoke but I would stay there again.

I was traveling with my two teenage sons and stayed there because I do everytime I'm in Greenwood. I had to ask for towels as soon as we got to the room. We got there on Saturday, by Tuesday we didn't have hot water. No big deal, it was just for a couple of hours. On Wednesday, we didn't have water at all. No warning, just no water. When I talked to the office, I was told there was a leak being fixed. By Wednesday night, there was a trickle of water but we still couldn't flush the toilet. Thursday was the same, no water at all. I fully understand that things happen but there was no communication at all. No warning, no options. We left a day early because not having a working toilet with two teenage boys is not a fun vacation. This situation could have been handled so much better. I have always stayed at this hotel when I'm in Greenwood but I will look for a different one next time.

I changed two room stains on the bed sheets and the dirty carpet. Pictures on the website are not accurate. The front desk promised to refund my money, but they still charged me.I had to book Candelwood Suites to sleep.

Our first room had dirty sheets so they gave us another room. The rooms are dirty and very outdated. Looked like more people lived then it was a hotel. We had to get a new room key 3 times because it quit working. Would not recommend anyone stay there.

Found a piece from a broom between the sheets. The sheet on the second bed had a hole in it. The hand soap dispenser was either empty or didn’t work. The front desk didn’t seem to care about the issues. It was definitely a better place to stay three years ago.
