The front desk insisted that I pay them when I booked online and prepaid the stay. Now it looks like I am being charged twice for the same room for the same day. One bed was covered in crumbs and bed wasn't clean under the sheets either, luckily the other bed was fine. Floors weren't clean either. One lamp didn't work. No soap in the bathroom. Door safety latch was falling off so probably not a safe area.
