Lack of meeting ADA standards

We booked a "handicapped" room, because my partner is in a wheelchair at this time. The bedroom did not have a roll in shower but rather a tub. We spoke to the manager to learn they did NOT have any open rooms with roll in shower. ONLY 2 are in this Hotel with Many floors. They could NOT give us a discount or fix the situation. We were told to contact Expedia where we booked the room through but we have not been able to do this. The lack of ADA accessibility was a burden & may our stay a challenge. There is also no handicapped button to enter the hotel or ramp to get from street to sidewalk.

Upon getting to the property, we realized that there wasn't onsite parking. We drove around for quite awhile to figure that out. The front desk workers suggested valet (way too expensive). I feel that we were just there to pay them money. There wasn't any type of welcoming feeling there.

Overall pretty good. Facility is a bit dated and showing its age but otherwise very nice. Staff was very helpful and nice. Parking was a rip off. Charged me $52.00 for secure valet parking and my truck was never moved from in front of the hotel on the street. The valet service hit me up for a tip after we cheked in, and i did so, not realizing that no valet did anything to warrant a tip. Also found out that there waa tons of garage parking off street for half or less what this was.
