It is very close to shopping, Top Golf, IKEA, great restaurants, and Ruoff Music center. This property would be great for families, business travelers, tourists, or extended stays. The property received new cabinets, paint, flooring, countertops, and new shower tile in 2022. All furniture and the back patio was new in 2022

Great place to stay over Christmas, updated and clean, nice quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and check out. My only feedback is small, it was very cold when we were in town and none of the bedrooms had rugs… so the house felt very cold and sterile. Otherwise, the house worked well for us. Thanks!

Beautiful house and prime location. We needed a single floor rental due to mobility issues in our family. There was plenty of space to use a walker and that was much appreciated. My only complaint was that the highway noise was loud at night but I would still stay here again despite that.

The house is exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. The beds were cozy with lighter and heavier blankets. The internet worked great for our needs. In order to stream on the TV, you will need to use your own services. The only detraction was the traffic noise from the interstate. James was easy to contact and very responsive.

Guys golf trip into the area. House was perfect. EV charger reached my truck that wouldn’t fit in the garage. Plenty of towels. Comfortable beds. In the middle of everything.
