This hotel is more concerned about being a green hotel than the comfort of their guests. The shower was terrible - hardly lukewarm water with extremely low water pressure. The soap and shampoo were hard to dispense. The decor was non existent - no dressers, etc. It’s like a warehouse with very little warmth. I would NOT recommend staying here. I won’t be back!

This hotel was nice, clean and in a nice area. My husband and I had some time to kill before our concert, and we enjoyed walking trails near the property.

There was a soccer tournament going on, so some kids were knocking on my door for about 2-3 minutes, I called the front desk to check on them, they did come up and took care of the issue.

Hotel was very clean however the walls were very thin, smoke alarm for :30 went off at 2:00am , creaky scary elevator. First room tv didn’t work so we had to switch rooms . Other than that nice.

We love Tru properties. This one has had problems with TV service for ‘awhile’. Had to watch the NCAA tourney in the lobby. Lovely staff and nice room made it nice. Disappointed third party booking doesn’t accrue Hilton points.
