This farmhouse-style home is conveniently located in Indy's Old Southside neighborhood and located by all the events and conventions within the city. Everything Indy has to offer is all within walking distance, or a very short Uber/Lyft ride away (under 5 minutes).

Welcome, sit back, and relax with us!

NO PARTIES! If you throw a party you will be charged starting at $1,000 and you will have to pay the extra cleaning fee of $500. If the police arrive it will be an extra $1,000 on top of everything already mentioned.

The property was clean and had nice amenities. The bathrooms were cute and big. The floorboards are a older but its the charm of the house. Check in/out was easy. Parking was not bad at all. Overall great stay!

The Comforting Truth

This property gives you a Rustic Clean Home stay. Sleeps 6 comfortably, but honestly could sleep more with the couch Bed. The shower is clean and the master bath has a sleek modern country feel. The kids enjoyed and noticed an opening in the floor with light shining from underneath, turns out it was just from the basement below and the owners alerted us how to turn them off. Speaking of the owner, he’s so accommodating and responsive. I highly appreciate the professionalism and the hospitality that was shown. When back in the area, this will be our go to for booking. 5star rating!!!!
