Nice and clean

There was a few flaws with the room, but that’s to be expected with an older hotel and renovations you can see have happened so that’s a good thing. There was a weird dip in the floor in my room, but like I said, I know there are renovations going on so it’s to be expected, but it was very nice clean and the staff was impeccable sweet people. Great customer service.

Hot spell, cool room in the hotel

I arrived very hot after my car AC went out and the hotel lobby AC was out too. My room AC was working 100% and I was put in a nice, quiet room right by the elevator. Great parking, easy to get to, friendly staff.

The room had a horrible smell to it!!! It was mold smell! It definitely had a lot of mold , you couldn’t see it much but definitely in the walls, we were on the first floor! Bathroom room floor had something nasty on it too! Thank you

The staff assisted us in moving to another room that accommodated our family better. The fan did not work in either bathroom though so it got very steamy and therefore the tile was slick. The breakfast was ok but the meat they served was sausage for 7 days straight! Overall, the staff was very helpful and the hotel is clean and comfortable.

Very nice hotel for the price you pay. Staff was friendly, our room was cleaned well, could use some updating but well maintained and most of the lobby and such seems updated. The pool was nice although a little cold. It’s definitely worth the price you pay which for us was great for a one night family stay. The breakfast was GREAT! Definitely would stay here again.
