Pool heating is $60/day with 24 hours' notice (capped $1,000/month, max 82F); spa heating is free.

The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.



Pets are welcome for $150 per animal; keep them off beds and sofas ($150 per bed if pet hair is found).



Parking in the garage and driveway.



Quiet hours 10pm to 8am; the home participates in a noise-monitoring program (decibel and occupancy only).



A liability waiver must be signed before arrival to receive check-in instructions.
