Bir hafta önceden rezervasyon yaptığımız halde akşam saat 22.00 gibi giriş yaptık ilk girdiğimiz oda geniş ferahtı ancak klima su damlatıyor ışıklandırma tam çalışmıyordu. Resepsiyona durumu iletince başka bir oda ayarlayalım dendi eşyalar topladık geçtik diğer odaya yerleştik derken diğer odada da ne tuvalet peçetesi ne de su vardı ve televizyon da çalışmıyordu. Durumu tekrar resepsiyona ilettim teknik servisin sabah geleceği eğer istenirse tekrar oda değişikliği yapılacağı iletildi. Saatin geç olmasıyla gerek duymadığımızı sabah durumun düzeltilmesini için talepte bulunduk. Ertesi sabah kart ve anahtarı resepsiyona bırakıp tv nin çalışmadığını odanın da temizlenmesi talebimizi ilettik. Akşam 19.30 gibi tekrar otele giriş yapıp odaya geçtiğimizde temizlik yapılmadığını tv yi kontrol ettiğimizde herhangi bir değişikliğin olmadığını farkettik. Durumu tekrar resepsiyona ilettik. Şunan için tekrar oda değişikliği yapabileciğini söyledi. Tekrar eşyalarımızı toplayıp başka odaya geçtik. Artık yorgunluktan olsa gerek ilk başta fark etmediğimiz Odanın temizliği yapılmadığı oldu. Artık tekrar oda değişikliği yapmamak için sabah bir an önce çıkıp gitmek istedik…

-Çalışanlar ilgili, yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. -Toplu taşıma ile ulaşım zor olmasa da şehir dışında kalıyor. Çevresinde mekan sınırlı. - Odalar biraz karanlık kalıyor, yola bakan aydınlık odaya geçtik fakat bu sefer de camlardan çok soğuk geliyor. Klimalar çalışsa da soğukluğu hissediyorsunuz. -Temizlik 7/10
