Road trip from UK to Salzburg

This is a good budget hotel on an industrial estate close to what seems to be an immigration camp. Very nice bakery/cafe next door and convenient for Lidl supermarket & petrol. Great shower, no air conditioning & even with window open it was hot.

The room was excellent, it was very clean. The hair and body wash was over when we arrived and we did not find any option to notify it to housekeeping.Also the check in process at the property is too tedious and lengthy. Pls keep in mind that this property is a bit away from the Bahnhof and frequency of public transport is too less and taxi availability depends on your luck.

Very strange system. Your room key is a code that is sent to you electronically. All instructions were in German requiring translation. Not the best system for non-German speakers. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Great place to stay overnight but can be noisy

We stayed there for the second time and would give 5 stars but it appeared that the soundproofing of the hotel is very bad. Guests in one of the rooms had a loud conversation with some strange low frequency music till 3 a.m. It was really hard to sleep and there was no reaction from the hotel's staff. Other things were perfect. The hotel was very clean, beds comfortable and we liked it very much

Half the time, we couldn’t open the outer door because of an unknown error occuring with the login mechanism. We had to have other guests open the door for us, and in turn we opened the outer door for others who also could not enter despite already being checked in. I am sorry to say, but any hotel that automatically locks you out - even though you are a guest - is absolutely dissatisfactory!
