Looking to ruin your vacation book here with an untrustworthy property owner.
This owner's customer service and ability to maintain Verbo's standards is absolutely disgusting. My family and I had a booking with Krill's property for a 5-day stay. We went through all the proper booking processes and were in full contact with him, even to the point of him sending me my booking request to book for the dates I asked him for, which he confirmed. To show up on the day of my booking at 4:10 PM to a driveway full of cars and boats, two of which are his own cars that he had in his photos posted before he did the new post of photos of his property. I called him and asked him why the driveway was full and what we were to do, only to be told by him there is nothing that can be done, we don't have a place to stay, and Verbo will figure that out for me, but he can offer something for another date even though I was already booked, and family was already all driven out to the property three and four hours away from our homes. He was well aware my nan that could not walk; that's why we chose the property, as it was mobility-capable, and we had two autistic children who now cannot settle in after a drive like that. We were on the side of the road with nowhere to go. He had no care in the world to take the matter seriously and was extremely arrogant about the situation. Not to mention, we had five days' worth of food nearly all lost. Verbo stuck by us and got us into a hotel but not after sitting 7 hours in a parking lot thanks to his lack of management and honer
