Room was very clean and hotel was very quiet. Location was great. Next to historic district and short walk from train station. Free Innsbruck card was very helpful for using local transportation just outside. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of cozy atmosphere.

Great hotel in center of everything

Great little hotel in the middle of everything and only about 8 minute walk max from the train station - Hauptbahnhof. Our room was really cute and the breakfeast room and breakfast was very nice. We arrived just after 1pm and unfortunately they do not man the front desk from 1-3pm so we had to hang out for several hours at a cafe across the street - so a small derating for that. We were looking right out onto the arch monument.

Location of the property is very convenient. A bit dated n the carpeted floor in the room made skretchy noises whenever walking. Noise fm street could b heard when window left open but close it n it wl b be alright. Breakfast was simple. Staff fm Front office, Housekeeping n F&B were friendly n helpful.

Breakfast was nice, Room was comfortable and warm. Location was great! Only negative was that check-in was 3pm! All of the lockers at Hbf was used so had to carry my heavy bag for a few hours in the rain which wasnt very nice. Hotel said i couldnt leave rucksack at hotel before the check in.

Great budget location to stay in Innsbruck. 5 min walk from the railway station and close to the main shopping street. The hotel gives you a bus/tram pass valid for the duration of your stay and also valid for buses up to local skiing areas. Definitely recommend. (My third stay there in a year)

Do not stay at this property there was bed bugs and eggs on the sheet. Hotel manager has not even sent a sorry message or offered a refund. We have taken photos of the bed. We did not stay at the property and we booked in to another hotel which cost another £135 per night

The hotel is very convenient,near the train station and the old town. It was pretty clean but very noisy.You could hear people talking from another room and the cars outside. The staff were very nice and accommodating. This was my second time to stay there, for a short stay it’s ok.

Never actually seen a bathroom like it - was like a porta-loo. That said, the shower was decent , so perhaps I’m being harsh. What is unacceptable though, is not having a functioning reception. Only open for a couple of hours in the morning and then in the afternoon. Very unhelpful for travellers. Breakfast not bad
