Nice, historic looking hotel, very close to Interlaken West train station. Rooms were nice and staff were friendly. Restaurant and bar area felt a bit dated.

The hotel is close to Interlaken West train station and plenty of restaurant, supermarket, self serve laundromat nearby. The room is comfortable and well equipped as well. Internet speed is good and staffs are very friendly and helpful

All good except the weather

Our stay was comfortable, the room was spacious and clean with all the expected amenities. Our only issue with the hotel was the shower. It was over the bath and not easy to turn around for a normal shower. I am not a large person and could not imagine how someone who was large would manage.

The hotel is within walking distance of Interlaken West station and surrounded by good dining and shopping options. The room was small but adequate. The staff is extremely friendly, and the overall atmosphere is lively and welcoming.

We had an incredible 5 night stay at the Hotel Krebs. We cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness and hospitality. Big, comfortable clean room with a great shower/tub. Bar/Restaurant serves up good drinks and traditional Swiss fare. The complimentary breakfast had great selections ranging from scramble eggs, sausage, bacon, smoked salmon to fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. Book this hotel, you won’t be disappointed. Right in downtown Interlaken, 3 minute to walk to Interlaken West train station and a 15 minute walk to Interlaken Ost station. Big props to Demetria who welcomed us and got us situated and on our way to exploring the beautiful Berner Oberland Alps.
