The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom, and a large terrace with views of the mountains and the pool. The living room features two sofa beds. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture and offers a stunning view of the pool and surrounding mountains. It can also be shielded from outside view with a retractable awning when needed.
A convenient garage is also available.
In summer, the pool is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. Easily accessible from the apartment, it offers a breathtaking view of the Grigne mountain range.
The residence is located in the town center, close to all amenities including restaurants, bars, and a coin-operated laundry. Just a few meters away is the trail that leads to Val Biandino and the starting point for the jeep service to Rifugio Tavecchia. Introbio is also located along the Valsassina cycle path, which connects all the towns and features restaurants and bistros along the way. In winter, the apartment serves as a great base for reaching the ski slopes, just a 10-minute drive away.
