Fabulous two night stay

Great stay began with Scott at reception who was extremely helful and welcoming. We had a lovely room with a view of the Loch, very comfortable bed and great shower. The food was excellent as was the spa. We'll definitely be back 😊

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I shed a tear on leaving, enjoyed the break. The only downstairs was the menu, as it was abit posh for what i am used to. Could offer lasagne.

We enjoyed our stay at Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa. Breakfast was excellent every morning and you were able to help yourself to cold items at the buffet and order a hot breakfast. Room was okay, bed was comfy! Was quite stuffy in the room even when it was below 20 degrees and appreciated the fan in the room. I don’t think the room was exceptionally clean but was fine. I wasn’t happy on our third day to come back after 5 hours to find our room hadn’t been cleaned (from 10am to 3.30pm) even though we had put sign up to be cleaned and the cleaners were in the room opposite at 10am. Our room therefore was not cleaned our entire stay. Also we stayed on the 2nd floor and a lot of the time a room beside the elevator the door to which was left open most of the time despite being a fire door and had no flooring where all the clean robes were kept on the floor.. and looked dirty. This is not something guests should see or expect. The pool and spa were great.

Lovely hotel with easy parking, great food (try the tart for dessert!), beautiful views in the lounge and restuaraunt, and a delightful pool and spa area. Note that you do need reservations for the outdoor hot tub (we were late arrivals and early departure, and did not check on the process for that). Would happily return and hopefully spend more than one night next time.

A wonderful 2-night getaway birthday weekend! Everything was first rate: friendly staff, the warmest of welcomes, Great spa treatments, excellent pool, sauna and steam bath, clean and comfortable room, and excellent meals! Gorgeous location right on Loch Fyne, and superb weather. Couldn't have been better!

Nice two night stay. Enjoyed dinner in the restaurant the first night and breakfast both mornings. Only negatives I would say the food and drink is quite expensive and they also add a service charge of 10% to everything which I don’t really agree with. Leave it up to the customer what they wish to tip.

Nice quiet location with comfortable beds. All the staff were lovely and friendly, and clearly worked well together as a team - it was great to see. We have to particularly mention Ross (in the Bar), who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and that nothing was any trouble at all. The scones were out of this world and the steak ciabatta was awesome. We had a lovely weekend thanks everyone.

The location is great with lots to see and do in the area - The room could do with the window being replaced or at the very least being cleaned, the mattress was very lumpy and uncomfortable - Lounge area was comfortable with lovely views - food was just Ok but barman/ server ‘Ross’ was absolutely wonderful!
