The so-called high speed Wi-Fi is intermittent at best. This was especially noticeable on the television when the signal cut out regularly. Connecting our phones to the Wi-Fi was also an issue because the signal was intermittent. Another issue is that the TV channels are extremely limited. Further, we could not get connected to the Chromecast so that we could watch our apps like Netflix. Even with help from a technician in the building, we could not get connected. Fixtures in the bathroom were falling off the wall and one of the sockets was extremely loose and what I would consider dangerous. One of the outlets in that socket also did not work. The staff certainly tried to accommodate us and help us with these issues.

A few years ago this would be the premiere property in the area. Starting to look dated though - rugs in hallways, room walls pretty damaged, tub areas not great. Just looking a bit worn out overall. The pools are amazing though, 2 of them, plus 2 hot tubs. Both were nicely heated and the pool area/hot tub areas were clean.

Comfortable though noisy with construction

Great room, very comfortable. Asked for a high floor and received one. Restaurant/Bar downstairs was great, will be even better with the construction finished and the outdoor patio open. My only complaint is that there was construction going on every day - the workers were noisy (some were walking the roof without harnesses!), and there was scattered roof debris on my patio throughout my stay (5 nights). The rest was great, parking was easy, and I love how pet friendly they are.

Though this is a nice property with friendly staff, it needs more care. The thermostadt in our room was broken and air conditioning was on all night. Since it was May, it was really cold. Everthing needs a good dusting, even the dining room. Food okay. Convenient location for approach to Banff.

There was a bit of a misunderstanding with the front desk we asked for maid service and they dropped off sheets for the hideabed. Then when we asked again someone came in and just made the bed. We had to try a third time until they finally got it right. Also it would be good if the resort allowed the patrons to access their Netflix or prime video accounts on the TV’s and they should have at least CBC so that there was access to playoff hockey.

Loved this property! Tons of pros, pool and hot tub area were great. Only con was that this property has very thin walls. Can hear everything in the hallway, and if you are in a conjoining room with randoms beside you you can hear everything even if they’re being quiet! Other than that it was great.
