Overall nice place. The out door pool was out of service for a broken handrail and saw nobody trying to repair. We were really looking forward to an outdoor swim. The spa was great. Had 1 hour massage felt awesome. The floors and walls are paper thin so the elephants and baboons sounded like they were coming through the ceiling and walls. Bed was comfy and nice housecoats to wear in the hotel. The TVS were terrible and crappy channels. Overall decent stay for 2 nights

Beautiful property and amenities. This place is great and the rooms are well thought out and spacious. They are great for families and groups. The pool/hot tub is great for winter and summer! Only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is the faucets are not great in the shower, and the one bathroom didn’t get water at all from the shower or the sink tap.

The property maintenance seems to be slipping. We have stayed here many times over the years and the condition was always crisp and a well maintained property. This visit the pool area had a hole in the ceiling, there were no pool towels and the pool area was littered with used and dirty towels. The heat in the room was inconsistent and we had to crank it to warm the room to a point of being uncomfortable if we wanted heat. The staff was wonderful and helpful.
