Would have liked to have some cutlery in the room. Also recycling and composting facilities. Is the hotel is part of sustainable tourism 2030, it should have those facilities and also not use single-use soaps, shampoos and lotions.

We had a very nice stay in nice surroundings. Housekeeping was good and all staff very friendly. With work going on at the front entrance, there was less room to unload our things. Also, some noise from the construction but unavoidable.

Nice rooms and heated pool was a plus

The heated outdoor pool was the highlight of the stay for my family. We got a one bedroom suite with a full sized kitchen and it was quite roomy. The couch was large, with 2 additional chairs. The dining table was quite large for 4 people. The outdoor electric BBQ didn't work because someone had put a lock code on it, so I cooked indoors instead. The patio door leading out from the living room had a jammed lock so we had to go throught the master bedroom to the patio instead. The showerhead has a poor design so the water streams were very spread out making it feel extremely weak. The toilet clogged on 2 different occasions. When the people above us flushed the toilet, the pipes were extremely noisy, waking us from our sleep.

Good pool facilities. No daily room makeup - only every 3d day. Poor design where the sink and microwave are located - there is no lighting. TV was very fuzzy and with limited cable stations. The room looks to be in need of at least a good paint job and the synthetic wood surface of the bureau is in poor shape.
