Property is very dated. Mattresses and pillows were poor quality. Were told that we had to pay for the breakfast bag and on the final receipt there was a mention that these were included in our fee. None of the power outlets on the room walls worked. Toilet seat was very small. Bottom line, would not recommend. Only positive, is the location: near kingsmen beach and stores.

Comfortable bed. Nice room. Spacious. Friendly front desk staff. Pool table in lobby for guest use. Plenty of parking. Really liked our short stay and would definitely stay again.

Unsanitary Bedding – Very Disappointing Management

I stayed at Invermere Inn and Suites on August 11–12, 2025, and was shocked to find a blood stain on the bed upon arrival. The front desk staff were kind, professional, and confirmed the stain in person. Unfortunately, management’s response was extremely disappointing. They acknowledged the mark but claimed it was a “residual stain” from laundering. Regardless, blood is a biohazard and should never be present on guest bedding. This is a serious sanitation concern, not a minor inconvenience. I also experienced skin irritation afterward. Management offered only a $30 discount as a “goodwill gesture,” which is not appropriate for a health-related issue. While the front desk team did their best, the decision from management showed a lack of accountability and concern for guest safety. I have reported the matter to Interior Health – Environmental Public Health for investigation. Until proper cleaning and inspection standards are implemented, I would not recommend staying at this property.

I asked for my receipt to be emailed to be environmentally conscious. I have yet to receive it eventhough I replied to the GMs survey requesting it as well as messaging the hotel directly. Ask for a printed copy.
