Property was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was relatively decent, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, upon our arrival, the front desk staff was hostile, accusatory, and generally unhelpful. The experience was so impactful that unfortunately, it made our stay less enjoyable significantly. The lady who works the evenings needs to find a new job that doesn’t involve people

Room was comfortable, and as expected for Holiday inn express The food in the restaurant was poor. The Cesar salad with chicken felt like it had microwaved frozen chicken on top. The staff were very nice though

A Good Hotel

We chose this hotel as one of the few in Inverness that has free parking. It was a good choice as the location was convenient for road access and close to a mall with restaurants and a Tesco location. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff members were friendly and efficient.
