The hotel is very clean. The staff is wonderful and will do anything to help. They even stayed way past the normal end of check-in time because our plane was so late getting to Inverness. I would definitely recommend Smithton Hotel!

Plenty of parking. Thin walls, though, which meant you could hear everything, and I mean everything people are doing next door. Convenient location as the start of our travels in scotland. Rooms were right size for our family. Staff was amazing! Breakfast was better than most placed I'd say. Would stay again.

The room was really nice and spacious, but they really need an elevator (lift) as our room was 2 floors up and I am disabled. Food was excellent- we’re sorry we had to miss breakfast due to an early flight. Staff was very helpful.

Lovely hotel but very steep stairs and no lift, especially if you have mobility issues. No rooms on ground floor and only double room on second floor. Breakfast was lovely. Just wish hotels would think to put sockets beside the bed rather than on the opposite side of the room. Nice room with lovely views of the hills.
