É um bom hotel, mas… Piorou na manutenção (ar condicionados azedos pelo hotel), piorou nos serviços (faltando até pratos no café), e piorou na tranquilidade ao alugarem quartos para mensalistas muito barulhentos. O preço piorou porque é de outro nível, não condizente com a situação atual

The staff was very friendly. The hotel needs to be updated. The beds are not very comfortable. The shower was good but I had a difficult time to open the plastic shampoo package. Plastic Bottles would better. Best was okay but the selection was limited. Only a few fruits. Location was perfect if visiting Aperam SS mill.

Decepcionante.

Razoável. O hotel tem ar de decadência desde a recepção. Com exceção das funcionárias que fazem o melhor que podem apesar das condições. No primeiro dia pedimos para trocar o lençol que estava aparentemente sujo. No café da manhã havia mamão e melancia estragados, no segundo dia de café da manhã também, mamão estrafmgado, o café atrasou em virtude da falta de gás. Mas quero enfatizar que não pareceu culpa das funcionárias, e sim da gestão do hotel. Em resumo não vale anota que tem no booken.
