The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
The main entry code to the left ( up the stairs) has an electronic keypad. Before you press the code. Please press two digits that show up on the screen. Please lock the door when you leave.
Please look inside all cabinets to locate extra towels and sheets. The washer and dryer are located next to the bathroom at the first floor. If you use bleach, please make sure you rinse the washer.
Please do not turn the AC off. Trash is outside to your right and it consists of two parts: recycling and landfill. Please empty the coffee grinds from the coffee machine every time you use it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
