My wife and I were traveling with our dog and after booking on Orbitz I didn't realize that it was an extended stay hotel so there was no coffee in the room or breakfast. After a long day on the road when we arrived we were informed there was a $50 non-refundable pet deposit fee in addition to the $10 per night pet fee that was posted on Orbitz. That turned an economical overnight stay into an expensive lesson. Hotel was otherwise clean and convenient.

Everything from the parking lot to the hallways smelled like pot. The bed was an old school spring mattress on a metal frame that moved around too easily and wasn’t very comfortable. The shower head was leaking and spraying water on the walls and didn’t have very good water pressure.

The property was clean and employees nice but it was extremely noisy. People were coming in and out and slamming doors all night long. Also, there was no coffee pot. At a minimum the room should at least have a coffee pot and coffee especially since nothing was offered in the front lobby area. There is a microwave oven, stove and fridge but no dishes or utensils. I have stayed in many places over the years including extended stay properties and this is one of the strangest places in terms of available amenities I have experienced.

Good location. Hotel has a very spartan feel. Nobody in the office when I checked out. Soundproofing poor even though a new building - could hear next door snoring.

This is a very bare bones facility. The front desk closes from 11PM to 9Am. Although the facility has full kitchenettes, you must "purchase" coffee makers, tableware etc. Although this facility is relatively new, it won't take long for it to get run down as most of its "guests" are residents using the facility as apartments.
