Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Gather all used towels and place them in the laundry area , Empty trash and place them on the left side of the big palm tree up front outside.
Turn off lights and Air condition. Lock Front and back door.
Return keys back in the lock box use the same code to open and close press down on the bottom below numbers to open.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Lack of communication with the host. It was hard to enjoy the pool, the water was very cold.. the house was nice, clean & had a great location.
