A bit far, but lovely stay

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The onsens are an additional nice touch. The downside is how far it is from the downtown area, but the shuttle makes that a non issue, also the bus drops you off right at the door. A convenience store nearby is also good if you need late night food.

空気清浄機の水切れで入れたら、蓋の縁がカビが生えていた。 ハンガーがせめて2本欲しかった。 バスルームの壁に髪の毛が一本張り付いていた。空調はとても快適だった。アメニティとウェルカムドリンクはよかった。朝ごはんが4人掛けのテーブルで他のお客さんと相席にはならなかったが、同じテーブルの隣に二人分セットされていたので、続々と来るお客さんと相席にされないか食べている間、心配だった。

客室の清掃が不十分でした。とくに窓下のベンチソファー後ろには誰が落としたかわからない手袋やタオルが散乱しています。落とし主がわからないので怖くて触れませんがどかして清掃するという感じはなさそうです。また２階に宿泊するとロビーで騒ぐ方の声が不快に感じられます。お伊勢参りの高揚感やワクワク感で声が大きくなるのは仕方ないとは思いますが早朝５時からはやめてもらいたいですね。フロントスタッフに注意を促しましたが、客からの指摘ではなくスタッフが声を抑えるよう諫めることができたらよいですね。最後に近隣地区の情報を把握していないというところです。宿泊翌日は「第19回美し国三重市町対抗駅伝」が開催され伊勢市内の一部が交通規制となり渋滞していましたが、チェックイン時に翌日の駅伝大会開催をスタッフが把握しておらず規制の時間や迂回ルートなどの適切な説明ができなかったのも残念です。宿泊客がネットなどで調べればよいことですが、市内に入って電柱に立て看板を見て気づいたので知っていれば幸いと思たものです。すべてではありませんがこのようなちょっとした気遣いが全体的に不足しているかもと個人の感想です。
