Modern Villa Fully Equipped in Perla Resort at Gjiri i Lalzit Area. Built in two floors with 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen area, 2 bathrooms and a wonderful garden.Solar panel and Air Conditioning are also installed in the villa. Only 200 meters from the best sandy beach in Albanian Adriatic.



Guests can be accommodated at three bedrooms on the upper floor. A bathroom is also in the hallway with a cabin shower. The living room is located on the ground floor with Smart TV Set.
