We had the pleasure of staying here recently, and I must say it was a truly outstanding experience. The Pokemon theme room was spotlessly clean, with ample space to relax and unwind. We had a fantastic stay at Sunway GRID by SR Home and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The kids absolutely loved it and kept saying it was the best stay ever! The home was very clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed for families. The duplex layout, projector, Crayon Shinchan decorations, and the slide were huge hits and made the stay extra fun and memorable for the kids. The property itself is very serene and peaceful - quiet, comfortable, and free from disturbances, which made it easy for both kids and adults to relax and unwind. There was a minor issue with the digital door lock during our stay, but the team was extremely responsive via their WhatsApp chat and promptly sent someone down to check and resolve it. The customer service was very good and efficient, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful, family-friendly stay and a great experience from start to finish. Room was clean and comfortable. My kids love the swing and slide. Pool and playground on level 6 was great too. The washer dryer was a plus as we could wash and dry our swimwear. Will definitely book again.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown
