Designed for relaxation and socializing, this home is perfect for groups or families. Enjoy three bedrooms: two master bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms, and a third bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out single bed, which also has a private bathroom.

The room is equipped with remote-controlled fans, televisions, and comfortable storage spaces. The fully equipped kitchen includes a spacious three-door refrigerator, an electric stove with a range hood, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, and a complete set of cookware, along with glass and plastic dinnerware, and glasses for both indoor and outdoor use.

The house also boasts social areas designed to enhance every moment, such as a dining area for 12 people with an outdoor view, a TV room with surround sound, and a balcony with a sea view.

Additionally, within the residential complex, there is a shared pool, and the house offers an independent entrance for greater privacy, as well as a washer/dryer unit.
