Experience restful nights in our well-appointed bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy. The Yellowstone House comfortably accommodates up to 17 guests, with 4 king suites each featuring a private bathroom and a specially designed bunk room with 3 queen beds, 3 twin beds, and a private bathroom with dual shower rooms.

Every bedroom is equipped with new Casper mattresses for a rejuvenating sleep. Each room includes a private full bathroom and 8-foot sliding glass doors leading to your own private deck. For complete rest, close the blackout curtains, or enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV provided in each room.

The primary suite is a retreat in itself, offering a spacious layout and a cozy couch for relaxation. The luxurious en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a freestanding bathtub for ultimate comfort.

The kitchen, a dream for food lovers, features high-end stainless steel appliances including an 8-burner stove top, double oven, and dual refrigerators with bottom freezers. With designer touches like locally reclaimed barnwood and crafted oak, it’s both stylish and functional. The kitchen island seats 6 at the bar, and the dining table accommodates 10.

Store your essentials in the dual pantry and laundry room, keeping everything organized and accessible. This space includes two washers, two dryers, and a separate powder room for added convenience.

The custom bunk room is a hit with families and friends, featuring three queen beds below and three twin beds above, along with a private bathroom, two showers, a smart TV, and outdoor access. It’s the ideal spot for late-night fun and bonding.

Situated in a secluded haven, The Yellowstone House provides modern amenities like internet access throughout, heating, and A/C—an unusual find in Island Park. Enjoy the covered back deck, perfect for soaking in the surrounding beauty year-round.

The extensive circular driveway not only creates a grand entrance but also provides ample space for trailers and outdoor gear. Designed for ease of use, it accommodates vehicles of all sizes and makes parking simple. For those with electric vehicles, Tesla chargers are available upon request. Enjoy snowshoeing, cross-country ski trails, ice fishing, hot tubbing, sledding, snowmobiling, Yellowstone snowmobiling, tubing. Mesa Falls is amazing in the winter for snowmobiling, and so is Johnny Sack Cabin.

- Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $50 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

NOTE: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, send a photo ID that matches the name of the primary booker, credit card holder and signor on the rental agreement, along with a guest list within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete these tasks will result in cancellation of the booking and cancellation policies will be upheld.
