Well appointed home with spacious bedrooms and upgraded baths. Gourmet Kitchen is well stocked and features Sub Zero Refrigerator and a large wrap around bar perfect for entertaining. Dining area is quite spacious with seating for 26. Pantry with additional Refrigerator and Sink adjoining the laundry room.



Incredible Cabana Room located off the pool deck with 2 large sofas, Large Screen TV, Billiard Table and a private bath. Plenty of chaise lounges on the pool deck along with a new gas grill and outdoor refrigerator for those afternoon BBQ's.



Ground level amenities include a large putting green "sure to be the families favorite memory" and a ping pong table located in the garage. This amazing property Sleeps 26 and is only 20 minutes from downtown Charleston.

It was perfect in size for our family of 20 in attendance to all be together and yet not feel cramped and on top of each other!Closeness to the beach was great! A top balcony view of the beach was amazing.The heated swimming pool with adjoining hot tub was great to have since our visit was later March with some cooler days/evenings still happening. It was unfortunate that there was some problems with the hot tub not functioning during our stay, but the resident manager was quick to respond and communicate about the issues. We also had one room shower with mechanical issues that was not fixed while we were there. The home was clean. Impressed with ample tables and seating space for our large group. The kitchen was very adequately stocked with basic cookware and dishes to prepare and serve our own meals. 2 dishwashers and 3 refrigerators were much appreciated and used!A few items we expected but had to shop for: trash bags, dish detergent, paper towels since only one kitchen towel was provided for our 5 day stay, along with no hand towels in the half bath and the bathroom off the pool room.
