3 bedroom,1 bathroom near beach home, only1 block to nearest beach access path. This sunny and charming beach home boasts beautiful wood flooring through the living and dining spaces. The shared full bathroom has been updated with tile and an enclosed glass shower, and the kitchen hosts new stainless appliances, and quartz countertops. A large dining area is surrounded by windows (no blinds or coverings), offering plenty of warmth and sunlight through the day. The two queen bedrooms are spacious and a perfect fit for two adult couples. The third bedroom hosts a bunk bed and trundle bed, which can hold up to four children.

Outside, guests will love the backyard oasis -perfect for lounging along the pool deck, or cooling off within the large in-ground pool. The elevated entry deck comes equipped with a gas grill.

Wi-Fi and Linens Included. Washer and dryer are located in garage stall (not accessible from interior of home, please plan to carry any laundry outside up and down stairs). No smoking, No pets. Garage not available for parking, but does offer a foosball table-perfect for a rainy day.

This house was great for our family. It was very clean, and overall comfortable. The only real "issue" is the lack of connectivity of the house to the backyard/pool area. You have to completely leave the house and walk down the deck steps, through a gate to get to the pool. There is very little shade in the back so it isnt the most ideal place to hang out if you aren't swimming. Outside of the that minor inconvenience, it was a great house in the perfect location! I would recommend this property to anyone!

The property and location were great very easy to go back and forth on foot to beach. Local restaurants close. Would wish the ceiling fan in tv room was more stable. Couldnt use it,not balanced. East facing windows need shades for glare and privacy. Back bedroom the bed was comfy but terribly squeaky . Overall had a good time would go there again

Great location. Nice Property

Although older, this property is in a great location, clean and has a private pool! We rented this along with a beachfront house so used it for overflow sleeping mainly. House was all we expected and needed. Would rent again.

Great Place, Perfect Location

My wife and I spent a week here and had some friends spend a few nights with us. The house is perfectly located in a quiet part of IOP within a short walk to the shops/bars/restaurants. Very short walk to the beach where it wasn’t crowded at all. We enjoyed the huge pool also.

Great location

Great house, tons of windows, open and airy. The one bathroom for a family of 5 was a slight challenge but the outdoor toilet and shower helped. Quiet street and neighborhood and an easy walk to the beach which was lovely and not nearly as crowded as the north end of the island! Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We had a great time using the pool but we had to pick up some trash around it and skim the dead bugs out of it before we used it. I let the property manager know and they were very responsive and apologetic that the pool company apparently hadn’t cleaned it as scheduled on check-in day. Also, if you like to cook, you may want to bring your favorite cooking items (ie non stick griddle, sturdy spatula). We would definitely be happy to stay here again!

The house was as advertised and was in a fantastic location. The pool was dirty, but after a quick message to the office they had someone out there a day later to clean it up. Overall it was a great spot and I would stay again.

Great location!

Overall, this property was as described. Perfect size for my family of 5. The location of the house was perfect, only a block from the beach and less than a mile from stores, restaurants, and bars which was a easy walk. I definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

Great property... loved everything about it. Perfect for our family of 4. The living space was ample and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The pool was great and it was really nice having an extra shower and toilet outside. Very convenient location to the beach and the town. Thank you!

Smoke smells

The location of the house was perfect for getting to the beach. The home was clean upon arrival, but one of the 3 bedrooms smelled heavily of perfume covered smoke. Thankfully we did not need the 3rd bedroom the first night and reached out to management the next day. We were provided an air purifier, but unfortunately it did not take the smell away. We reached out again as more family were on the way and received new linens which also did not help. The third bedroom was unusable for us due to the smell. The deck was also in very poor shape with rotted boards and rusty nails. The pool was clean and great. Washer/dryer were also nice to have! Would pick another home in the future if needed all 3 rooms.

Family trip

The house and property are nice, however don't expect the pool to be free of debris and there is only one useable entrance/exit the other is locked. The only other negative experience we had was tree trimmers at 9am Tuesday with no warrning from the Magement co., which prompetd another pool cleaning. Other than that the house was cute and as advertized, and we enjoyed our stay.

Great home, Great location

We stayed here for our annual girls vacation. We were so happy with this house and the location. The pool was very well kept. There was plenty of room for the four of us. We would definitely re-rent this house for another vacation. The entire process was very easy. I would recommend this house for families or singles.

Best vacation

Our daughter is stationed in South Carolina and about to be deployed to Kuwait. Before she left we want a few days together, just us. And it was one of the best vacations we have had as a family. The weather was perfect and we wish we could have stayed longer. The house is exactly has pictured. Super clean and in a good neighborhood. Restaurants and beach are in walking distance, although we spent most of our time at the pool.

Great Location and Stay for Family

We are a family of 4 with two small children (3 and 6) and this stay was perfect for us! Walking distance to the beach which was gorgeous and just perfect. Enjoyed time in the inground pool that was clean and entire outdoor space was lovely. Only one bathroom but that was fine for us and the beds were very comfy! Definitely recommend!

Pool was a highlight

If you want to stay on Isle Of Palm and not spend your entire savings this house will satisfy you 100%. It is so close to the ocean, surrounded by new beautiful homes and I just cannot say enough about how much fun everyone had using the pool. I don’t love that you have to stop at the property management office just to get a 4 digit code that could have been texted. Kitchen had everything you need. I would just pack garbage bags, dishwasher soap and toilet paper so you have enough for your stay. LOVED THE HOUSE VIBE!!

Weekend getaway

It was a cute house close to the beach. The property is decorated cutely and it is very clean. However a house was being demolished next door and woke us up at 7:00 am two mornings. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return for a stay.
