308 A Sea Cabin
Sometimes all you need for an escape to the beach is the perfect oceanfront condo, and you’ve found it when you come to stay at 308 A Sea Cabin! This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is part of the Sea Cabins Condominiums, situated right on the beach with access to a resort-style pool and private fishing pier. Centrally located, you’ll find the Sea Cabins are within walking distance to all the best shops, restaurants, and nightlife!

Things to know prior to booking your stay:
The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, and this unit is located on the third floor.
Full Disclosure: There is ONE small bunk bed built into the hallway – it is loved by young children. It's also a great place to use for extra storage if not being used for sleeping! It measures 24”x72.5” compared to a standard twin size of 38”x75”.
All units are 490 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller children. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a fully functional kitchen!
Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying.
Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated or download an app to pay!
Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass during peak season (June 1 – August 1). One extra pass may be requested during the off season.
The community large pool and kiddie pool are not heated and they are both open year-round.
No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor.
No pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is provided prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation.
This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay!

Enter the home to find the entryway and hallway, with one built-in bunk, providing convenient extra sleeping space—perfect for a kid! Even better, it can be closed off for privacy and noise concerns. The full bathroom off the hall offers a shower-tub combo, tiled floor, and a nice sized vanity.

Continue onward and you’ll find the open concept living and kitchen area. The beautiful kitchen has received updates and offers great lighting and a clean, white tiled backsplash. There is a regular coffee maker provided for you. There’s a charming dining set that can seat two plus two bar stools, but you can also take your meals out on the balcony with ocean views. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to make your own meals, from quick lunches in-between trips to the beach to sit-down dinners after a day of adventure.

There’s a flat screen TV with cable access, so prepare to relax and watch your favorite channels whenever you’d like.

Through sliding glass doors, you’ll find entry to the ocean-facing balcony. Wake up and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean, and toast to the sunset as you watch the waves crash against the shore. The outside area has 2 bar chairs plus a table, perfect for setting down snacks and drinks while you relax and drink in the fantastic scenery.

Back inside, you’ll find the bedroom, which is furnished with a queen-size bed and quality linens. With plenty of sleeping space, a central location, and community amenities, this one-bedroom condo can’t be beat!

The Sea Cabin Condominiums are each 490 square feet and share a Community Pool, Laundry Facility, and also have access to a Private Fishing Pier! These condos are centrally located right on Ocean Blvd which is a great location to be within walking distance to Local Restaurants, Beach Shopping, the county park, ice cream shops, island night life, and more!

The Sea Cabin Condominiums are comprised of a three building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean. This is also the only lifeguarded area on the island = comfort in safety! Wireless Internet is also available. The complex has a very large pool and a kiddie pool. Come try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests, or enjoy a relaxing walk on the pier over the breaking waves.

Bike, water sport and beach umbrella rentals are available nearby. Shopping, dining, ice cream shops, nightly entertainment, grocery store, and post office are a short walk from the complex.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a starter set of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

This condo also rents monthly in the winter!! Please contact us if interested.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 1 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 21 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Front Beach. Features include a water park and laundry facilities. A kitchen and a balcony are available in the condo.

This condo was perfect for our getaway! It is a small condo, but it did everything we wanted. The ocean view, the quiet area, the central location, were perfect. I hope to book this condo again and again for future trips. Be aware that there is no elevator, so don’t bring more than you want to carry up to the third floor. Also, the bunk beds are in the hallway, not their own room.

The location was great. I loved my first visit at Isle of Palms. This particular condo had a stained dirty sofa with stained dirty pillows on the sofa and the bed. I couldn't bring myself to sleep in the bed and fortunately I had brought my own sheet, pillow & blanket...so I covered the sofa with the blanket and slept on the sofa. Not what I paid for.... to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa.The resort is great! It was just this particular condo that I was not pleased with. The table on the balcony also had sticky stains and had not been cleaned. I wouldn't stay in this unit again unless it was renovated and everything was clean...but I don't trust that with this particular owner since it was't clean for me this time. Very disappointing, but I still grateful for my wonderful surroundings and the view.

My husband and I decided to come here for our honeymoon! Upon arrival, our couch was filthy. We couldn’t even sit on it because of how gross it looked, we sent management pictures where we were told that “they only clean their couches once per month so it may be unclean but there is nothing they can do about that”. Then, our balcony door would not lock. We also told management this, where they responded that they were not concerned because “no one would climb a ladder to get in our balcony”. This is a safety concern and management should be worried about a door that does not lock!! What if there were children in this room and were to get out on the balcony without supervision?? Overall, management was very unprofessional and this place is disgusting. Didn’t get any sort of apology or refund for this at all. Would absolutely not stay here. Find somewhere else to stay, yuck.

Great view from balcony. Couch was pretty dirty. We had to cover it with a sheet. Major leak from kitchen faucet and garbage disposal left sitting water under kitchen sink and musty smell throughout living room. It also rendered kitchen useless for a day. Carroll Realty promised a partial refund on our rental fee due to the inconvenience. We have not received the refund.

Long Weekend

It was very nice. We had other friends and family staying in other condos in the same area. We were all there for grandson's baseball tournament at The Shipyard Park. This place met all of our needs...close to the beach, close to food, and close to others in our party. And the weekend weather was absolutely perfect!! The only negative to it was...we were on the third level with no elevator, and I have a bad back and hip. But all in all was wonderful!!

Great view, great weekend

Cute little place perfect for a couple and a small child (there's a tiny bunk in the hallway) Clean with everything you might need. Our only issue was that the wifi doesn't work in the bedroom for some reason and there was no TV in the bedroom either. The view from the balcony was great. Easy walking to the pool, beach, restauraunts, and shops. Just a heads up, the police in Isle Of Palms are pretty active, which is great cause it makes it safe for low-key, quiet fun (but if you plan on being rambunctious, don't come to this island). The pier and the beach access never close, so you can be out late at night, which we really enjoyed. This unit is owned by a realty company, and they send tons of emails before you arrive. You check in and check out just using door codes, which is nice. There's no elevator, so be prepared for steps. Overall, one of the best properties I've stayed at.

Wonderful Getaway!

Neither of us have ever been to Isle of Palm but we loved it! The condo was just as advertised and perfect for just the two of us. The view from the balcony was wide-open ocean and we could not have asked for better. A very short walk to the sand! The pool was a great break too on some really hot days. We recommend!

been staying in a sea cabin for like 6 ,years now. love it there however the price has tripled in the last couple years for what reason I have no idea. had to shorten my stay y more than half and may not stay at all anymore. should have bought one before the price tripled

Sea cabins was perfect for me & my wife. Leave the car parked. Walk to restaurants, beach,pool,pier…. Even the groceries if you want to haul them back two blocks.
