Disliked: Cleanliness
The hotel owner and the woman at reception was absolutely lovely and understanding. I had to make a last minute reservation so my room was rushed and couldn’t be prepared on time. Such a shame as the location of the hotel is very central and convenient -just a step away from all the wonders of Istanbul.
