I’ll stay here everytime I come back to Istanbul. Staff is very helpful & professional. Property is 5 min walk from Blue Mosque & 8 from Hagia Sophia; many eateries right outside, prime location. Tram station is 3 min walk away so you can catch public transportation to almost anywhere in Istanbul.

The positives: Location, close to the major sights. Some staff members especially at reception were friendly and helpful. The negatives; 1. Housekeeping, inconsistent, poor quality, almost nonexistent. Terrible experience. 2. Room cooling, erratic, you need to ask reception to adjust the temperature. Their advice of opening the windows is not good due to loud street noises even late at night, and the cigarette smoke from the street wafting upwards. 3. Continental breakfast, okay in general but no variety. Sometimes they will put cereal out, most days not.
